FOCUSED OUTDOOR WORK

A BETTER USE
OF THE SPACE.

Every property is different. These services begin with a review of the site, access, materials and exact task.

01 / SITE ASSESSMENT REQUIRED

Light brush & overgrowth clearing

Clear the buildup. Reclaim the space.

Defined areas of accessible weeds and small brush, with the finish and debris handling agreed in advance.

  • Type and extent of growth
  • Access and desired finish
  • Debris handling or removal

02 / SITE ASSESSMENT REQUIRED

Nonhazardous debris removal

Get approved debris out of the way.

Load and remove specifically approved landscape or nonhazardous debris. Material, volume, access and disposal are part of the quote.

  • Material and estimated volume
  • Loading access and capacity
  • Approved disposal route

03 / SITE ASSESSMENT REQUIRED

Stump grinding

Make room for the next step.

Selected stumps ground to an agreed depth, with machine access and chip handling defined before work.

  • Stump locations and dimensions
  • Machine path and ground conditions
  • Utilities, depth and chip handling

04 / SITE ASSESSMENT REQUIRED

Soil, gravel & mulch moving

Move the material. Get the pile where you need it.

Selected outdoor tasks such as moving soil, rock or approved debris between agreed locations, using compact equipment where suitable.

  • Exact task and material quantities
  • Start and finish locations
  • Access, ground conditions and utilities

All property-care services require a site assessment. Work is accepted only after the scope, equipment access, ground conditions and disposal needs are confirmed.

HELP US SEE THE FULL PICTURE

SHOW THE TASK.
SHOW THE ACCESS.

Send a wide view of the work area, close-ups of the material or growth, and the route into the property. Gates, slopes and tight turns can shape the plan.

BEFORE WE GET STARTED

GOOD QUESTIONS.
CLEAR ANSWERS.

What does “site assessment required” mean?

We review the task, site conditions and access before confirming availability, price or schedule. Photos can help start the conversation; selected tasks require an on-site review.

Is debris removal included with clearing or stump work?

Only when it is named in the written scope. The proposal will explain the finish, what is left on site and what is removed.

Do compact equipment services include excavation or grading?

Our mini skid steer offering covers selected outdoor material-moving and cleanup tasks. Structural excavation, engineered grading, utility work and drainage design are outside this offering.

Do you work on residential and commercial properties?

Yes. Stump grinding, soil, gravel and mulch moving and our assessed property-care services serve homeowners and commercial properties. Tell us about your property, the task and the access so we can define a suitable scope.

LET’S MOVE THE
PROPERTY FORWARD.

Start with the task. We’ll help establish a practical scope.

YOUR INFORMATION

A CLEAR APPROACH
TO PRIVACY.

The planner keeps unfinished entries and, after submission, your receipt and private photo link in this browser tab for up to 24 hours. Clearing the draft or starting another project removes those saved entries from the tab; it does not delete a request or photos already sent to Summit. If browser storage is unavailable, keep this page open or save a copy of your request.

In message mode, “Open text to Summit” prepares your request in your messaging app. You decide whether to send it and add photos. Standard carrier terms apply. Opening the message does not tell this website whether it was sent. Copying a request places it on your clipboard; saving a copy downloads a text file to your device.

The request includes the details you enter, selected services, your reply preference and a request reference. It may include the referring website’s domain, your first page on this site and campaign labels in the link you followed, to help Summit understand where the inquiry came from. These remain in the tab until you choose to share the request.

Project photos are optional. After a confirmed request, a private upload link can accept up to 6 JPG, PNG or WebP images, up to 4 MB each. Summit uses these photos to review and plan your project. Uploading does not grant permission to publish your photos or use them in marketing. Only share your private upload link with someone helping with the project.

This site does not run advertising trackers or sell your information. The hosting provider may process technical information needed to serve the site. A project inquiry is a request for a reply about that work, not a subscription to marketing.

Employee sign-in uses Summit’s separate access controls. This website does not collect employee passwords or expose company documents. Read the full Privacy Policy and SMS Terms. Questions? Call 470.524.5277.
