Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Summit Exterior Services handles information you provide through this website and when contacting us about exterior cleaning and property care.

Information we collect and why

We use your name, contact details, job address, selected services, project answers, reply preference and any photos you choose to share to review your request, prepare estimates, communicate about scheduling and perform the agreed work. Business inquiries may include your company, role and proposal requirements. Please do not submit passwords, payment-card details, identity documents or other sensitive records through the quote form.

Text messages and mobile information

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, transferred or shared with third parties or lead generators for their marketing or promotional use. Service providers that help deliver our messages may process this information only to provide that service to Summit.

SMS consent covers project inquiries, estimates, scheduling and service updates from Summit Exterior Services. It does not enroll you in promotional messages. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. See our SMS Terms for message frequency, charges, STOP and HELP instructions.

Website drafts and technical information

The quote planner may save unfinished entries, a request receipt and a private photo link in this browser tab for up to 24 hours. Clearing the draft removes the saved entries from that tab; it does not delete information already sent to Summit. Copying a request uses your clipboard, and saving a copy creates a file on your device. Opening a text message does not confirm it was sent.

We may receive your referring website’s domain, the first page you visit and campaign labels in the link you followed when you submit a request. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the quote and photo-link forms from automated abuse. Cloudflare processes technical information to verify these requests; see its Privacy Policy. Our hosting and security providers may process technical information needed to operate and protect the website. This site does not use advertising trackers or sell your personal information.

Service-area map

The service-area map loads map tiles from OpenStreetMap. These requests can share technical information such as your IP address, browser details and referring website with the map provider. We do not send your quote-form entries to OpenStreetMap. See the OpenStreetMap Foundation Privacy Policy.

Photos and service providers

Project photos are optional and are used to assess and plan the work. Uploading a photo does not give Summit permission to publish it or use it in marketing. Private upload links should only be shared with someone helping with the project. Hosting, storage, communications and other service providers may process information on our behalf as needed to operate these services. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our customers, rights and systems.

Retention and your requests

We retain submitted project and communication records as needed to handle the inquiry, deliver services, document consent and meet operational or legal obligations. You may ask to access, correct or delete your information, subject to records we need to retain. Do not include private information in a public review.

Clearing the draft or starting another project removes those saved entries from the tab; it does not delete a request or photos already sent to Summit. If browser storage is unavailable, keep this page open or save a copy of your request.

In message mode, “Open text to Summit” prepares your request in your messaging app. You decide whether to send it and add photos. Standard carrier terms apply. Opening the message does not tell this website whether it was sent. Copying a request places it on your clipboard; saving a copy downloads a text file to your device.

The request includes the details you enter, selected services, your reply preference and a request reference. It may include the referring website’s domain, your first page on this site and campaign labels in the link you followed, to help Summit understand where the inquiry came from. These remain in the tab until you choose to share the request.

Project photos are optional. After a confirmed request, a private upload link can accept up to 6 JPG, PNG or WebP images, up to 4 MB each. Summit uses these photos to review and plan your project. Uploading does not grant permission to publish your photos or use them in marketing. Only share your private upload link with someone helping with the project.

This site does not run advertising trackers or sell your information. The hosting provider may process technical information needed to serve the site. A project inquiry is a request for a reply about that work, not a subscription to marketing.
